Connection requests are handled through the CIS Network Installations Group. Connection requests can be submitted through a web form at https://cis.tamu.edu/network/.
Alternatively, requests can be made by sending an email to request@tamu.edu. Include requestor's name, phone number, email address; onsite contact name, phone number, and email address; type of installation, location (building and room number), system part and department, and any time constraints or special instructions. An account number that the installation can be charged against along with a statement that the requestor has fiscal authority over the account should also be included.
