Texas A&M University has a procedure for handling complaints about inappropriate use of electronic information resources. If you wish to file a complaint concerning the possible misuse or abuse of Texas A&M University Electronic Information Resources, you may:
- Contact Help Desk Central at helpdesk@tamu.edu or 845-8300. Inform them that you wish to file a complaint.
or
- Complete the CIS Complaint Form, which will be forwarded to the Office of the Associate Provost for Information Technology for processing.
